These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all sales of digital products made on the Toxic Pixel Design website store and are an integral part of the contract between the buyer and the seller.
Toxic Pixel Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website.
The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in effect on the date of payment of the order.

The customer declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of the said General Conditions of Sale before placing the order.
Placing an order on the site constitutes full and complete acceptance, without reservation, of these General Conditions of Sale, the customer must state in their email “I have read and accept the General Conditions of Sale (GCS)” before proceeding to payment.
All sales will be governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
The Toxic Pixel Design website sells skins in digital format, compatible with the game Assetto Corsa Competizione (KUNOS Simulazioni). After ordering, the customer will receive a Zip file containing the skins in the game format as well as a text document explaining the procedure to follow to install the skin.
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT is not applicable in accordance with article 293 B of the CGI. (France auto-entrepreneur code)
Toxic Pixel Design reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect at the time of validation of the order.
The purchased products will be sent by email to the address provided by the buyer once payment is confirmed (maximum period of 24 hours).
To place an order on our site, choose your items and contact us via the "Contact" tab, mentioning in the email “I have read and accept the General Conditions of Sale (GCS)” to validate the order.
The payment address via the Paypal site will then be communicated to you with the total amount in €.
You will receive the ZIP files corresponding to your order at the email address you provided to us.
Digital products sold on the Toxic Pixel Design website are available only via email or file sharing sites (example: wetransfer.com).
For security and confidentiality reasons, only payments via the Paypal site are accepted.
We have chosen to approach professionals in online payment management and to entrust them with the management of financial transactions for the purchase of our items.
In other words, when you buy on our site, we do not have your banking data, we rely solely on Paypal. They alone have the task of ensuring the transaction.
We require full payment of the order once an order is validated.
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
No refund is possible for a product already sent.
Toxic Pixel Design can however provide a refund in the event of a duplicate purchase by the customer.

All visuals on our site are reserved exclusively for us. Under intellectual property and copyright law, any use is prohibited except for strictly private use.
Without prior authorization, any reproduction of our site, whether partial or total, is strictly prohibited.
Toxic Pixel Design retains intellectual property of purchased assets.
In accordance with Article 1147 of the Civil Code (France), we assume full contractual liability towards you in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded.
However, our contractual liability cannot be incurred in the situations mentioned below:
- case of force majeure;
- foreign fact which cannot be attributed to us;
The photographs on our site have no contractual value. They therefore cannot engage our responsibility.
Certain information relating to the customer will be transmitted to us (namely name, first name and email) in order to enable the processing of orders.
Customer information will never be passed on to third parties.
The site assures the customer that personal information is collected and processed in accordance with privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.
Under Articles 39 and 40 of the law dated 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data. The customer exercises this right by email to toxicpixeldesign@gmail.com
In the event of a dispute between the customer and our site, the applicable law is French law. The French courts have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
This product is intended for personal use in a video game only. This means that:
- You can share files to participate in multiplayer games
- You may not copy and paste text or illustrations from our resources, publish our resources in your name, share our resources with other sites, or share them online.
Toxic Pixel Design owns the rights to each of its skins.
